British Values & Children’s Rights - NSPCC visit KS2
The children’s charity, the NSPCC, visited KS2 pupils on 12th September to speak to the pupils about the Speak out, Stay safe campaign. They spoke to the children about different worries or concerns that a child might have and who is available for them to talk to. They also discussed the help offered by child line and shared the number for this service with the children. They highlighted to the children that they all have a right to be safe and to be heard. The charity will also be in on Wednesday, 20th September to again spend some time with year 5 and on Thursday, 21st September with year 6.
